Terreïs aims to expand, drawing in particular on the pool of commercial
leases currently managed by the Foncia group's branch network and by acquisitions
facilitated by this network's potential to introduce new opportunities.
For commercial premises, priority is given to those with uncapped rents (travel
agencies, estate agencies, the liberal professions, etc.) in the most highly
visited areas of the commercial centres of major cities.
For offices, Terreïs' strategy excludes high-rise buildings due to the
operational constraints they bring. Instead it focuses on small Haussmann-style
buildings in strong locations in Paris and, in the Greater Paris region and
regional cities, on city centre sites of 100m² to 1 000m². |
