Last news released by the group since July 2014:

• September 15: release of an NAV at 30 June

From now on, TERREÏS will release twice a year (on 30 June and on 31 December) figures of both revalued portfolio and liquidation NAV.

• Revalued portfolio at June 30 : €1,568m (+ 10% vs end of 2013)
• Liquidation NAV at 30 June : €30.35 per share (+ 11% vs end of 2013)
• As of 30 June 2014, thanks to its strategy of focusing on Parisian commercial sector property, 86% of TERREÏS' assets are in Paris with a large proportion in Paris CBD.

• July 30: 2014 interim results

• Rental income: €35.5 million (+16.3%)
• Cash flow from operations: €17.9 million (+10.5%)
•  €11.3 million gain on residential and regional asset disposals
• 2014 Interim dividend: €0.34 per share on 14 November (+6%)
• Continuation of the strategy of focusing on commercial property in the Paris Central Business District.
